Scope and parties
These terms govern Zeva Software’s website and digital services. Zeva is an independent software team without separate legal personality. Contact: contact@zevasoftware.com. For paid or individually scoped work, the provider’s details and obligations are established separately in writing.
Accepted specific service or project terms take precedence on the same subject. Mandatory law and consumer rights remain protected. Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and authority
You must be at least 13. Minors need parental or legal representative consent where required by law. You must be authorised to represent any organisation you act for.
Provide accurate, current information, protect sign-in methods and report unauthorised use. Do not impersonate others or share access in violation of anyone’s rights.
Access and early access
Features may require accounts, applications, invitations or approval. Applying does not guarantee access, dates or features. Early access functionality and limits may change, and errors or interruptions may occur.
If a free feature becomes paid, prices and conditions are explained beforehand and paid obligations require separate approval. Free use does not authorise automatic charges.
Acceptable use
Use only systems and content you are authorised to use, process or manage. You are responsible for lawful data and instructions, necessary permissions and third-party rights.
Unauthorised access, bypassing security, malware, unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, overloading and accessing others’ data are prohibited. Do not evade limits or use services unlawfully.
Project scope and delivery
Custom work is defined in a written proposal or agreement covering scope, deliverables, timing, fees, revisions and maintenance. General descriptions and example visuals do not promise unagreed features.
Supply information, content, access and feedback on time. New requests and scope changes may require revised fees and schedules. Review, acceptance and defect corrections follow the agreement; ongoing support and maintenance are agreed separately.
Fees, cancellation and consumer rights
For paid services, total prices, payment schedules, taxes and third-party costs are stated before approval. The relevant proposal or agreement explains payment, cancellation and refunds; additional work requires approval.
Statutory information, withdrawal and defective-service rights are protected. Withdrawal depends on the service and legally required information and consents. Custom development alone does not remove all cancellation or refund rights.
Content and intellectual property
You keep rights in supplied content and permit its use only as needed for the requested work. Obtain permission before supplying third-party content, trademarks or personal data.
Zeva reserves rights in its brand, design and own materials. Source code, licences, transfers and reusable components follow the written project agreement. Third-party and open-source licences apply; payment alone does not transfer all intellectual property rights.
Third-party services
External sign-in, hosting, communications and integrations may have their own terms and limits. Provider prices, availability and technical changes may affect operations. Necessary accounts, permissions and extra costs are explained in the relevant scope.
Availability, support and liability
We aim for reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, response times or error-free results unless agreed in writing. Maintenance, security incidents and infrastructure beyond our control may affect access. Keep independent backups of important data.
Liability depends on the circumstances, law and project agreement. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that cannot legally be limited.
Restrictions and termination
Access may be restricted as necessary for security risks, unlawful use, serious breaches or authority requests. Where possible and appropriate, reasons and an opportunity to remedy are provided; urgent protection may require immediate action.
You may stop use and request account closure. Paid projects follow their termination and delivery agreements. Data retention follows the Privacy Policy. Termination does not automatically remove accrued rights and duties.
Changes and disputes
Changes update the revision date; those materially affecting use are appropriately notified. Obligations needing separate approval cannot arise solely from a text change.
Turkish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections where you reside or statutory remedies. Contact contact@zevasoftware.com about problems. Your right to approach competent courts, consumer arbitration bodies or other authorities remains protected.
